A linkage that expands from a star shape to a circle.
Printing
12 pieces of each link are required for a full circle. The buildplate.3mf file contains all neccessary pieces.
I addition also print the assembly tool as this makes assembly much more convenient.
For a 0.4mm nozzle I recommend to print with three perimeters and 100% rectilinear infill. Better first layer adhesion for these small parts can be achieved by slicing with the “infill before the perimeters” option.
Using the ironing option in PrusaSlicer for the top layers makes for a smoother moving final model.
Assembly
Lay the pieces flat on the table and join them by pressing them together with the provided assembly tool as shown in the picture.
