When car camping out of a hatchback sometimes the battery will run down overnight if the hatch is open. This is a ring that can be inserted in the latch mechanism thereby tricking the car into thinking the hatch is closed, thus saving your battery.
I created it for a 2022 Subaru Outback base model, but I bet it will work on a number of different latches. It can always be sized up or down if needed. (A kind user confirmed it also works on the 2022, 2024, 2025 Foresters he tried.)
