Push-Up Bar
A simple Push-Up Bar for home gyms.
- Don't use filaments with fibres, since those might hurt and irritate your skin.
- Only use for Push-Ups and at your own risk.
- For the safest and best experience use sturdy and durable Materials.
Test resilience before use.
Anti-Slip-Base
(optional, not necessary if used on mat)
Print the Base (2nd file) in TPU or TPC.
The lower the Shore hardness, the better it works to prevent slipping.
Simply clip it under the Bar and maybe use glue to fix it.
Remove or melt small strings that may occur when printing with TPU.
Wrap for the Handle
(optional)
Print the Wrap (3rd file) in TPU or TPC.
Clip it around the Handle to have more grip and have it more comfortable. Assembly will be easiest with a low Shore hardness.
