Nerf revolver firing short darts from a 6 dart cylinder that swings out and is removable.

Prime the blaster by pulling the hammer down with your thumb.

Two way trigger, pull trigger to fire, push trigger forward to unlock the arm and swing out the cylinder.

Two barrel options (muzzle and muzzle1) planning to add more later.

A cylinder holder to hold a spare cylinder, clips on your pants but also fits on molle tactical gear.

Hardware needed:

-stretchy string or shock cord for return spring and main spring, somewhere between 3mm and 6mm diameter.

-2 elite dart heads for the trigger springs

-a pin or nail of roughly 2mm diameter for the hammer hinge

-2 zipties 4mm wide or smaller

-short darts to shoot, use official branded ones or cut regular darts to a length of 38mm or shorter. Don't use darts that have the head wider than the body like oldschool xshot darts.

Print instructions:

-No supports needed.

-I printed quick and dirty with high speed, 2 outer walls and 10% infill. That works but needed a bunch of cleaning, going slower is probably better, but who's got the patience for that.

-The cylinder is the most fragile and broke when I dropped it on my hard floor, more infill and walls is probably a good idea.

-Most of the prep and cleanup was filing corners, removing threads and boring out holes to the correct diameter.

Watch the vid ‘prep&assembly’ to see what and how or just ‘assembly’ if your printer is nice and in-tune and doesn't have a mind of its own

Happy foam flinging!

Note: I've heard people having issues printing the cylinder because there's walls of less than twice the thickness of the extruder diameter. Most slicers have a 'print thin walls' or 'detect thin walls' option or something of that nature. If yours doesn't have that or if that doesn't help, I added ‘thickwallcylinder.stl’ that has that wall thickened to 0,81mm. Downside to that is the groove for the dart pushing tooth is shallower so there will need to be some extra filing to make things work
