My small belt/disk bench top sander has two ports for connecting a shop vacuum. Neither port is the correct size for the small hose on my shop vacuum so I designed and printed suitable hose attachments. At the same time I designed these accessories to direct the vacuum path to run off the edge of my workbench and downwards to make it easy to connect each to my vacuum.
The disk sander side is printed as a single piece and the belt sander side is printed in two pieces that are then assembled with glue.
While I was designing and printing accessories for my sander I also made up two squares to help align parts when sanding. One square is left handed and one is right handed. I really will probably ever use one but it was easy to flip the design and print one of each.
All models were developed using TinkerCAD and printed using PLA.
My models are not to be shared on any 3D Model website that requires the user to create and use an account to access models. I.E. the model is NEVER to be shared on sites such as Cults3D or similar.
