This is for lazy OpenSCAD modelers who do not want to rotate_extrude() a circle to make their own torus.
Module Arguments:
- res: Basically the same as $fn for spheres
- thickness: The tube diameter of the torus
- d: The diameter of the torus.
This is still a work in progress, and there is probably a couple of errors. Message me or Comment if you find any bugs/issues.
