Magnetic modular Screw tray

I designed those tray boxes because I had enough using my poor iFixit tool box cover.

So I had in mind to have different boxes, with different dimensions for screws, nuts, and other hardware.

I also have the wrong habits to have screws and hardware everywhere on my desk.

I wanted something modular, as some project does not require a lot of those box, and other a lot.

In the other hand, I got like a hundred of 8x3mm neodymium magnets that I bought for only ONE extruder visualiser on my MK3S.

Mix the two together and you get little boxes with magnet that you can manage as you wish.

Parametric:

I made an parametric table on my base model on Solidworks so you can download it and make your own boxes with the dimensions you want. It doesn't work very well at the moment but im on it!

Hardware required:

• 8x3mm neodymium magnet (the same used for an Extruder visualiser on a MK3/s/+)
• No glue required, the magnet are to be pressed in the piece.

ASSEMBLY:

Magnet have positive and negative side, so I made a simple pattern to be sure that each box can be place in any position. Altern Two positive and two negative magnet. 

You will notice that the sound is very satisfying and you will have fun playing with it!
