HP/Poly/Plantronics CA12CD / CA22CD Base Retainer Clips - Push in retainer clips that hold in the remote or battery. Models for the CA12CD and new CA22CD. These often break in 24/7 environments and as far as I know they don't make replacement plastics. When they break the remote or battery is floppy and usually won't charge because it's not being held on the charging pins.
I printed in Overture High Speed TPU but any 95A TPU will work. 15% infill for the CA12CD and 25% for the CA22CD.
There is two models for the CA22CD. You will need both. The outer side has a relief for the protruding screw standoff. You can mirror it in your slicer if you need the battery side.
The broken clips have to be removed, just bend/fatigue them off. I recommend removing both sides even if only one clip is broken. The models are designed to hold the remote tighter near the top and this works better when both sides are done.
