With the addition of a 40mm fan and suitable power supply you can cool your MCU when using the enclosure. You will need to flip the outer panel so the handle socket is at the bottom. If you use the handles, this solution will not work without cutting the panel to suit.

You will require 19 x Angle Fitting.stl, 2 x Short Straight Fitting.stl, 1 x Fan Fitting.stl and 2 x Straight Fitting.stl.

You will also need a 40mm fan with a suitable power supply and 4 x M3 30mm bolts with nuts.

Use loctite or similar to ensure the nuts do not fall off. I would suggest putting the nuts on the outside so if they do come loose you will see, rather than having them fall onto the circuit board, causing a short and possible permanent damage.

Printed with PETG, PLA may cause the clips to break during assembly so you try this with PLA, test a couple of them rather than printing them all out and wasting filament. Preferably  add some reinforcing at the clip joint if you want to use PLA.

My test results:

46 minute PETG print
