Had an install where the person wanted the companies name used as the grill cover and they wanted it back lit.
This grill is connected to a speaker cover plate that mounts to the sub box with magnets. The grill itself is epoxied in place by four pins that are on the back side.
The grill was printed from Inland Transparent PETG+.
Print settings:
Temp 260°C
3 Perimeters
2 bottom layers
2 top layers
10% infill rectilinear
Place the text face down on your build plate.
To mount we used a silver sharpie and colored the based of the pins then pressed the pins onto the surface of the speaker cover plate. This left behind a silver mark that allowed us to drill the holes for the pins. The drilled holes were filled with a 2 part 5 minutes epoxy and allowed to sit for 24 hours.
