Screw Hole Plug M20x2

I made this for an outdoor light fixture that comes with a motion detector assembly pre-installed in an M20 screw hole with a 2mm pitch. We wanted just a dumb switched light, so the motion detector was removed and this model was created to plug the hole, which was fully waterproofed using a bit of White Lightning 3006 Advanced Formula on the threads. A 6mm hex key can be used to assist with tightening (or loosening) if you have access to the bottom of the screw like I did. Just be careful not to overtighten and keep in mind that since the access is from the bottom, clockwise rotation will loosen and counter-clockwise will tighten, the opposite of what you might expect. The top is supposed to be nondescript and just make the screw hole disappear, which is why the hex key hole is not placed on the top.

My design is free for individuals to use for their own personal non-commercial usage. You can also view it on onshape and export it into many different formats, and additionally with an onshape account you could make your own copy and change the dimensions or design however you like.
