I added a female connector from the excellent Modular Mounting System to the Humpback Fan Module of the modular Raspberry PI Case so I could mount the touchscreen to the case directly.
This part combined with a side mount allowed me to mount my Libre Le Potato running Klipper and a touchscreen to the side of my Ender 3 S1 Pro.
Printing:
Must be printed with supports below the base. Overhangs don't need supports. Print with the connector down. I also had to print with a brim since the contact point is very small. Unfortunately it's extra filament that leaves a rough surface on top of the module, but it was worth it for me.
