I tried my hand at impossible passthrouh puzzles with this cooler tower looking quite like those at work. 0.3 mm clearance between the two parts, 0.2 was too tight enough on my first test, 0.5 was too loose.
If needed, I added the STEP file to help fine tuning it to your printers.
