Case Set for Bartels mp6 Micropumps

Introduction

The case is made up of two parts. It fits very tightly and holds the connection cable in place, so you don't have to worry about damaging the data cable. It also makes handling the Bartels micropumps easier. There is a stand for a single micropump and a stand for up to six micropumps. An arrow on the stand indicates the direction of flow.

Instructions

Assembling

First, assemble the micropump: plug in the data cable, but do not tighten the adapter. You will see that everything is secured by the case. Then attach the tubes to both sides of the micropump.
Next, place the micropump in case_part_one. Make sure that the tubing and data cable are still in place. The micropump and data cable adapter should be very tight so that nothing can come loose. Finally, place case_part_two on top until you hear a click. The case can now easily be placed in one of the stands. Note that the position is defined by the off-centre connection of the tubes.

Dismantling

To dismount the case, simply remove it from the stand and pull the left and right flies in opposite directions.

Hints for Prints:

Ultimaker Cura were used for slicing. The parts were printed using PLA on an Ultimaker S3 with a 0.4mm nozzle. 

Cases&Stands

For a better experience (and even to maintain), using a see-through filament is recommended for the cases.
