Roller with a semicircular groove for tensioning a rope for drying clothes or a cord.
In the center of the roller, a groove is made for two bearings of the 608 type for an 8 mm axis.
Two bearings allow the rollers to withstand a significant load (weight) on the rope without slowing down the rotation of the roller.
The semicircular groove is made to be able to use rope of different thicknesses and its self-centering.
In the photographs, the bearings are already pressed into the rollers.
On the roller made of two-color filament, in the Creality Print 5.1 slicer settings, the automatic overhang change setting is set to improve print quality.
As a result, one part of the groove straightened out and differs from the other.
A roller made entirely of filament of one color (green) is printed without supports and without automatic change of the model shape for printing overhangs.
