This is a great circle vortex! Also it has a cool feature, try throwing it up and catching both pieces on the way down!

What makes it special

I made this circle version because the BEST impossible vortex passthroughs are my favorite designs to print and play with. The shape is simple, it uses a low amount of filament, and the two pieces fit together cleanly.

Try throwing both pieces up in the air together and catching them on the way down. That is the part I keep coming back to. I may make another version later that slides out even more easily, so follow along if you want to see it.

Fit tip

In PrusaSlicer, set XY Size Compensation to -0.35 for the inner piece only, since this model has a separate inner piece. Leave the outer piece alone. That replaces the older -0.2 value I had listed before, and it helps the tolerances.

Good to know

At 0% there is no overhang to worry about.
