A quick and dirty jig intended to help with applying TapTo stickers to NFC cards.
Nothing revolutionary about this, it basically just helps hold the card and sticker in alignment a little better than just freestyling it on the table. All parts come in a 3mf file, make sure you load them into your slicer as separate objects so you can rotate and arrange them however is best. After printing, I recommend using some CA glue to glue the rounded sticker applicator to the “frame”. The first crossbar can also be glued probably.
It might take some figuring out on how to use, but here's a quick how to.
How to use:
- Slide NFC card in
- Apply sticker to the first crossbar, with some of the sticker poking across
- Align your NFC card below and apply the sticker as close to the edge of the card as you can
- Push card through the jig to apply the rest of the sticker
