UPDATE: October 12th 2024. Added a money clip. Print with a brim. Will fit with 2 cards in the wallet.

The slimline wallet will hold up to 12 standard credit card size cards, or 8 cards with the optional keycard insert, and/or cash etc.

You will require; 

2 smooth ball spring plungers (5mm diameter, 6mm High)

1 stainless steel dowel pin (2mm diameter, 14mm long)

1 stainless steel dowel pin (2mm diameter, 18mm long)

All three items can be found on Bambu Labs website, under the maker's supply section 

Part numbers and photos listed below.

The 18mm dowel pin is for the hinge of the latch and the 14mm dowel pin is for the prevention of the lock being removed. Both are press fit.

I recommend superglueing the stainless steel ball plungers in place if they are a loose fit.

I recommend printing the wallet out of PETG but any polymer will work. Print all the parts with a brim. All files are in the correct print orientation. I also recommend printing the lock and latch at a layer height of 0.15 or less and a minimum of 6 perimeters/walls.

I recommend a very light smearing of silicone grease on the stainless steel ball plungers for a smoother gliding action of the lock and latch. 

I've included an optional key card insert for folks that want a minimalist wallet that will carry their necessary cards and house keys for when going out on the town and not worry about having a pocket full of keys.

NB: The black CF one shown in the photo description has been tested and in use daily for the last 3 months without any issues, hence the final release to the public today.

No supports are required.
