Corner connector I used for connecting 40mm wooden squared log (bed parts in my case). Very simple, dimensions 40x40x35mm, 5mm wall thickness, hole diameter of 5mm.
I used PETG Prusament yelow, with 4 perimeters, 100% infil to make it realy strong (stil if the wood is not pefectly traight it can twist the connector a litle bit, therefore I use PETG and not PLA for flexibility). Hole is simple for half rounded head screws d4,5mm and less.
It has r5mm rounded corners and r2mm rounded edges.
Usable for someone ho cant model such a basic thing or want to save 10 minutes or is lazy :).
