This HPA airsoft gun uses a 540mm GBBR barrel and hop up to make a DMR.
The gun is unique in that each shot must be loaded by pressing the ‘reload’ trigger in front of the main trigger. This loads each shot in a closed-bolt fashion and seals the BB to the barrel. This has produced a noticeable increase in accuracy with this gun in comparison to other airsoft guns (commercial and otherwise) I have used. This gun runs at around 75psi to generate 1.5J energy on a BB.
Machining on a lathe and mill is required in order to produce this.
A 10mm and 20mm reamer is required in order to produce airtight seals for two components.

Files are organized into Barrel, Front, and Engine. The files beginning with ‘Assembly’ are the complete builds and illustrate how the gun goes together. Files with the text ‘High Detail’ should be printed at the highest possible detail the printer is capable of producing.
