This is a new parametric of the classic model that you know and love the Drilling Tool and Dust Collector! I have redone everything in Cad for a better look and function! Now, by downloading the Fusion 360 files, you can customize it to your heart's content. Although I am not releasing the Cad file for people to remix, it is intended to be able to be modified for many people's use cases.
For people who do not have F360, I will be posting many variations of size and hole diameters. If I missed any, you can comment, and I will update it accordingly.
Here are screenshots and instructions on how to use the parametric table in Fusion.
First, you access the table by going to the modify drop-down menu going to the bottom, and selecting change parameters
You will see a table full of a name and its following expression. These are what you change if you want a bigger hole or a large dust caching trey.
| Circle Diameter | This controls the diameter of the hole in the center. |
| Fillet | This controls the outer “pretty” fillets around the edges of the dust trey |
| Thickness of Hollow | This controls how thick you want the wall of the trey |
| Large Fillet | This controlls the large curve at the top of the trey |
| Tray Height | This controls how high you want the trey to be |
| Trey Width | This controls how deep you want the trey to be |
| Trey Fillet | This controls the side fillets that merge into the plate. |
| Hole Chamfer | This controls the chamfer around the drill hole |
| Plate Height | This controls the size of the plate (the part you press agains the wall) |
| Plate Width | This controls the width of the whole part. |
