Mismatching Tile Slots

My copy of Frosthaven (first printing 2022) has two differently-cut versions of the Debris token (see last photo). One fit the original organizer but the others did not. Thus, I've adjusted the slot to fit both. I also adjusted the Bear Trap slot, which did not fit the tokens from my copy of Frosthaven. All the other slots were fine.

Missing Magnet Pocket

The middle tray was missing the third magnet pocket. I've added the pocket so that it lines up with the corresponding one in the upper tray.

Getting the Magnets to fit Perfectly

I've adjusted the tolerances on the magnet pockets of the original to fit 8 x 5mm magnets as the smaller ones did not hold the trays together for me. I also used a tighter fit so the magnets sit flush on the surface for my printer:

• 8.1 x 5 mm on top surfaces
• 8.1 x 5.2 on bottom surfaces

This remix includes a magnet test file that I recommend you to print first. This way you can fine-tune the magnet pockets for your printer (or even adjust them for differently-sized magnets).

Printing Tips

The large parts are prone to warping especially at the sharp 90 degree corners. After a bit of trial-and-error I got rid of warping completely by using 3DLac (spray glue similar to hairspray) and adding brims. This comes at the cost of having to clean the build plate. Make sure to not print the upper tray with inner brims as you will end up with a lot of small hexagons that are hard to remove from the build plate.

I printed with supports for the magnet pockets on bottom surfaces.
