This is an educational tool for mathematics. It is a visual demonstration of the famous Pythagoras theorem.
To make it you will need to print the model, a transparent acrylic sheet, and some stainless steel balls (3mm diameter). Both can be found easily.
Once the model is printed you can use it as a template to mark the acylic and then cut it. Put the balls inside and glue the transparent sheet. To finish just add the triangle with some glue.
