This is a simple stand for a cat toy: it consists of two parts to fit together and there is a hole at the top to hang a rope or another cat toy.
For assembly, read the instructions.
PRINT SETTINGS:
- I used PLA
- No rafts
- No supports
- Print it in 2 sessions (if your print bed is too small) in the color you prefer.
- For the infill, keep in mind that the more infill, the less likely your cat will be able to move the toy around the room.
POST-PRINTING:
- Cut the bottom corners of the top: If necessary, cut the bottom corners of the top to fit into the bottom, as in the image…
- Fit the top part into the bottom part: You may have to push, but be careful not to break the base
- Use glue for support: To give support to the pole, use a little glue at the base of the pole (I used hot glue).
Also glue the joint between the two parts.
- Color the glue (optional): Color the glue the same color as the object so it looks nicer (as in the image).
- Let the cat play!
