Trunki suitcases are fantastic for traveling with young children. They're sturdy, but after frequent use, the plastic wheel holders can wear down and start to come loose. Rather than replacing the whole suitcase or buying expensive parts, I decided to design and print my own replacement wheel holder.
After a few iterations, this design works reliably and keeps the original wheel setup, so you don't have to replace the entire wheel assembly. Inspired by a design on Thingiverse, this version focuses solely on securing the wheel, making it a simple, efficient solution to a common problem.
