I needed a simple (yet strong) handle to attach to the perspex door of my printer enclosures so I came up with this design that attaches with glue or double sided tape.
Print with 0.2 mm layer height, 0.6 mm inner/outer walls, 3 perimeters and 25% infill (gyroid or cross-hatch).
There's no holes for screws but you could modify the .step file accordingly, however mine is attached with double sided tape (shown in pictures) and is secure enough.
