This is based off the Nintendo comfort grip for the joy-cons. It's entirely 3D printed except for two M3 screws holding it together in the back. Joy-cons click into place and lock into the rails. Screws can be tricky to line up when assembling so it may take a few tries. You can either print the comfort grip as one complete print or split in half. For the one that is split I found using some super glue in between the two prints helped keep the grip together better.
