SV08 Enclosure shims

I really hate how Sovol provided no provision for properly sealing off or even attaching the bottom edge of an enclosure in the shape of the base.

So… I made these up, to give a surface for attaching some foam tape, and to provide some points to screw the bottom edge of an enclosure to. 

I'm no cad god, and Fusion 360 hurts my brain so these were made up in tinkercad. There probably is room for improvement, but they worked for me. If I was really fussy sides could do with being thicker so they're a bit stronger, as they flex a bit with the sides screwed on, if you use thicker insulation, but not causing a problem for me at least.

I fixed these down with 12mm 3M 9088 double sided tape, and you'll need some M3*4*5 heatsets for the screw holes on the backs and sides. 

The side parts have a “lip” at each end, this hooks over the edge of the raised bulge at the front just inside the frame, near the Z3 and Z4 stickers, to help locate them centrally.

Printed in PETG, and I went overkill on the walls and top and bottom layers with 7 of each and 30% infill because better safe than having an excess of left over PETG you have to store somewhere…

Sorry not dismantling my enclosure (may post the files for that later, not sure) so I can provide better pictures of them fitted, but added tinker cad screenshots with before and afters that hopefully do the same job.
