Replacement upper rack roller for Frigidaire Dishwasher, Model No. FDB2410HIS2A. This part did not have a manufacturers part number as it was only sold (that i can find) assembled with the upper rack. The original part was made of a plastic that would degrade over time depending on soap/water composition. I used a degraded original part to create a new model with a few changes. Parts have been made and tested to work. The surrounding components are made of different materials and do not seem to degrade at the same rate so the rollers fail much sooner.
Replacement parts made using SLS and Nylon 12. The roller lends itself to many different manufacturing methods.
