Tired of drivers who don't know how to drive properly, I found it necessary to record my bike rides, but screwing and unscrewing the camera to the aluminum mount I bought takes a lot of time, and adding a quick release adapter makes for a very cumbersome assembly. My solution makes it quick to remove the camera from the mount, retains the ability to adjust the viewing angle, and doesn't look as ugly as a bunch of adapters and screws.
I recommend printing the two pieces with at least three walls in PET or a stronger filament. I think that the orientation of the pieces is the one that best resists mechanical stress, but if anyone has a suggestion I would be happy to read it.
