This is a Dropleg rear plate for the Midlock Platform, it's designed for 30 mm wide straps and I've used this Snap Buckle to complete the harness.
Print settings
It can simply be printed with the flat face on the printbed, it's highly recommended to print it with at least 5 perimeters. The holes have Prusa-style bridges inside so they don't need supports.
Hardware
The only additional hardware, beside the straps and the buckles, are 4 M3x8mm bolts used to secure the plate to the Midlock holster.
