Do you struggle to find a flywheel setup that actually fits in your barricade? I experienced this time after time with numerous hobby flywheels just being far too large, so I created this NERF barricade flywheel cage for pulsar size wheels. Only compatible with Pulsar and Worker Hurricane/Phoenix flywheels.
Print with supports with at least a 5 degree threshold angle. I use 4 walls 100% infill but 4 walls 20% gyroid is also fine.
UPDATE 11/20/24
Slightly widened the intake funnel due to encountering issues with darts getting caught on said intake funnel. 33mm spacing variant now available.
I averaged ~125fps with Fang Revamp motors and Pulsar wheels on 32.5mm spacing with DZ 'chili' darts.
EDIT: this chrono reading is with a BCAR made by user Kyle Bernard, without the BCAR my averages were around 160fps.
