With a few hours of printing, poster board, foam board, razor knife, and a glue stick, you too can be a Switch Controller for Halloween!
I did this costume mostly to scale. It is meant to be on a 16" wide piece of foam board. The length can be tailored for your height, but the true dimension would be a little over 4'. The curved piece of the Switch controller has a radius of 250mm at 16" wide. I used a glue stick to get the poster board to stick to the foam board.
I assembled the joystick pieces with some super glue to secure the bottom/top pieces together.
All of the parts have holes that should fit M4 threaded inserts. Based on the foam board I purchased, I used M4x12mm bolts with the “Back” pieces included in this model.
You'll need 28 M4x12mm bolts, 28 M4 threaded inserts, foam board, poster board, & a glue stick.
