This model replaces the stock clamp screw on your T300 or T500 wheelbase and allows for a secure fit to your desk.
What you'll need:
- 3D printer
- This 3D model file (available for download)
- M10 hex bolt screw (length 80mm or 100mm)
- 2x M10 hex nuts
Printing Tips:
- PLA should be fine, but printing in PETG/ABS/ASA is recommended for better durability
- Print with 3 or more wall loops (5 is recommended)
- Print with 25% infill or more
Assembly Instructions:
- Slide both M10 hex nuts onto the M10 bolt. Ensure the nuts are fully seated against the bolt head, but at the same time they need to be aligned with the bolt head.
- Gently press the bolt assembly into the 3D printed part. The model is designed to be a press fit, so no glue is needed. If you think the fit is loose a glue can be used (two-part epoxy glue is recommended).
- The second nut should protrude slightly (about 1-2 millimeters). Avoid pushing the bolt further!
