I needed to clean out the diffuser on the Commercial Electric 48" Puff light we have in the kitchen, and in doing so all of the clips that hold it together outright disintegrated on me. I don't know what they're made of, but over the last few years they apparently grew brittle and snapped clean off, despite my being gentle.
I glued one back together and took the calipers to it, making a nearly 1:1 recreation of it. I used some PETG-CF since I had it loaded anyway, and was able to put the light back together like new.

I printed at 0.16mm height using five walls and printed it solid (a bunch of top/bottom surfaces). If your printer typically has plate adhesion issues I suggest cleaning your build plate, or using a brim.
