Buy the grow light, cut it apart, print the mount and rewire the light along with the Shelly relay (I used the Wave 1 but it should fit any Shelly with that form factor).
Printed in PLA-CF but I assume PETG or ASA would be good options too. I would avoid standard PLA because there's a lot of cantilevered force applied to the mount.
