GOAL P KiK Speed Unloader
The GOAL P is high-security lock from Japan that is popular in locksport. When in a Key-in-knob (KiK) format, the GOAL P is easy to repin without having to pull the plug and deal with core centering bearings. However, demonstrating the correct orientation of pins through the KiK cover is challenging.
This model simplifies removal of pins by allowing users to simply turn the lock over, simultaneously emptying all chambers and demonstrating orientation. The slots prevent pins from falling out, so you can see the pins but you wont lose them.
Usage
- Remove the KiK cover
- Remove all springs
- Slide the unloader over the KiK cover. Pay attention to the holes at the top of the bible - you may have to wiggle the unloader a bit to center over all six chambers
- Flip the core over and the pins should all fall into the unloader. I've found that adding momentum to this flip helps ensure all six chambers empty at once
