Simple, unattractive but functional external spool holder extension for the BambuLab A1 Mini. Print two halves and secure them together with tape.
Designed in FreeCAD based on the shape of the original holder. Key dimensions are available in the included spreadsheet.
You can make adjustments such as applying variable layer height on the top for a smoother surface (though the spool may rest on tape) or using a concentric top surface pattern. Brims or supports are hopefully not needed.
Note: The entire arm assembly could benefit from a redesign, particularly to hold the PTFE tube in a fixed position. The current placement on the Z-axis arm is not ideal as it unwinds the spool when the arm moves down.
