For the face, slice using a .2mm base layer, and .16mm layers for the rest.
Filament Changes:
Start with White
Blue at layer #7 (1.16mm)
Silver or gray at layer #10 (1.64mm)
I used Sunlu Sky Blue for this. It's a little lighter than the signature Honolulu Blue, but seems to work well. Use the blue you have, but avoid anything dark. You dont want it looking like the Dallas Cowboys.
I printed the ring face down with supports, and it worked well. Depending on your printer's capabilities, you may not need them.
