This is a quick spike I made for a Bowser Halloween costume. This is made to fit without any glue, cutting or modification to the shell itself at all. Simply unzip the shell where the stuffing is kept, hold the connector on the inside where you want the spike to go and insert the spike onto the connector from the outside! It will require some good force to get it to connect all the way but it holds on strong and you need nothing to hold it in place.
Here is the link to the shell I used from Amazon. I did need to add additional stuffing and steam the shell but other than that it was great for this costume!
