First and foremost, under no circumstances do I suggest you 3D print this part from plastic and use on your engine! I've provided this model as a mock-up tool only. Use at your own discretion.
On that note, I've also included a .DXF file which you can get machined/laser cut from metal. The original bracket is .18" (4.5mm) thick total and made of stamped steel.
