This is a small lantern, designed to be run by a tealight. The beauty should be drawn by yourself on a piece of paper that is then mounted on the lantern - ready to be changed for the next event. Sizes are set that a 100mm strip of DinA4-sized paper (297mm length) fits well into the mounts.

Print

1 x laterne-Boden.stl
1 x laterne-Deckel.stl
1 x laterne-Ueberdeckel.stl
3 x laterne-Stab.stl

I printed with 0.2 layer height and standard settings on my bambu. No support needed, should be an easy print.

Assemble

I have glued the rods to the bottom and then to the top. Next you have to fiddle your paper drawn piece of art in. There is a small space between the outer and inner wall of the bottom part where it should slide in. To secure it on the top you put the larger part on, that is hold simply by gravity.
Finally I used the holes to attach a piece of wire to mount it to my wooden lantern stick that every lantern enthusiast has ready.

You have no access to the wonderful nature of ISO 216 compliant paper and still want that lantern so bad - without the need for tedious cutting or taping? I have shared the freecad file. You can adjust the yellow cell in the spreadsheet to let the orange cells meet your requirements. Just get rid of the chamfer if freecad does not like you.
