Anatomically accurate, patient-specific left and right scapulae of an 18yo male, MEDLYMPH006, of the CT Lymph Nodes Collection of the Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA). I segmented these from the CT scan using 3D Slicer.
Scapular height is approximately 165 mm, breadth around 100 mm. These can be used to teach how to distinguish left from right in forensic anthropology and bioarchaeology and collection of osteometrics.
I printed these positioned on the medial border at 0.16 mm layer height with lots of grid support but feel free to experiment with orientation. I have provided the STLs oriented on the medial border.
