Storage box for XReal Air XR glasses and XReal Beam accessory, with a snap lid and compartments for:

Whilst designed for the XReal Air, I beleive that the Air 2 and Air 2 Pro should also fit - I'm not sure if the extended Light Shield will, so I have uploaded a STEP file for the Insert in case it needs remodelling. There is space, so it may be OK.
Printing
All main parts were printed at 0.2mm. The box design itself is pretty sturdy so regular PLA should be enough - I used Bambu Sparkly Black PLA. I used 4 walls/top/bottom and 15% infill. The Bottom will need some regular Support painted on the inside back for the overhang. The Insert doesn't need to be so sturdy, so I used 3 walls/top/bottom with 10% Adaptive Cubic. Here I used Overture Rock PLA as I love its texture, especially with Ironing for the top surface.
In addition there are optional letters to slot into the Top. These I printed at 0.16mm in Silk PLA, and all slotted in place, except the ‘i’, which needed a tiny spot of glue.
The insert is a snug fit but should slot into the Bottom if you put the rear in first. The Top slides in under the overhang and snaps down at the front to close, kind of a hinge-less hinge if you will…
