I was presented with a need to create a battery pack of 14500 Li-Ion batteries, this battery size is commonly known as "AA", I used the 18650 holder that I created a while back as the basis of this model.
I have not yet printed this to check the tolerances in the battery fitment or the interconnection between each “module”, based on the CAD design the connection should be snug.
The overall dimensions may be a little bit bulky, the width of the ‘frame’ was mostly chosen arbitrarily to give at least 1mm thickness around the battery.
