I was playing with some .50 BMG ammo and thought “hey, this would make a neat PEN!” So here you go. I know there are pens available made from ACTUAL .50 BMG casings and rounds, however I am lazy and didn't want to bother sourcing real ammo.
Recommend resin printing (especially the knurled version), but should work with a properly calibrated FDM machine as well. Once printed, just pull out the ink cartridge from a BIC stick pen and jam it in the end of the pen body.
I included the original FreeCAD files for the pen and cap and I also included the blender file used to apply the knurling.
