One of those snap cards that you might see someone in a movie crack open to get some instructions in case of X. Made to have a crisp crack for PLA. (video with sound)
Fits roughly the thickness of a note card folded in half. Interior dimensions are 80 x 42 x 0.8 mm (3.15 x 1.65 x 0.03 in)
Note: it is a one-time use and will just be waste afterwards (~7g).
Print Instructions:
- Orient a long thin side as the bottom face. The length of it should be in the same direction as your gantry.
- Add a raft or brim for extra bed adhesion (helps with step 3).
- Add a layer pause for enough time to insert the note.
Print Settings:
- Walls: 3
- Infill: 0% (does not matter)
- Layer Height: 0.2mm
