This is a complete redesign of a modified mount for a bicycle reflector that provides a hidden and secure compartment for an Apple AirTag.
This design is similar in appearance to that designed by yba2cuo3_12119 (https://www.printables.com/model/999611-hidden-airtag-bike-reflector-holder) but differs in the type of reflector which has an entirely different mount, the way the case is split into two halves and the use ho heat insert nuts.
The unit is printed in two halves with the circular AirTag cavity facing the build plate. I used manual support for only the cavity.
The two halves are secured together with 3mm screws and matching heat set captive nuts.
The reflector is a press fit in the housing and a dab of cyanoacrylate (Superglue) holds it securely in place.
The original reflector mounting points are duplicated on the holder allowing the original mounting bracket on the bicycle frame to be used.
I printed it with generic PETG.
