Neptune 3 pro project left for REWORK comunity

Im leaving my mod for remix comunity. I dont have time to fisnish it so STL are here. Some parts need to be mirrored before exporting and some for other side part. GL

WARNING - prints have tolerance 0.1mm. If you cant get so precise prints then try your prints. Try to pul bearing into holder, stop switch and rods to holders aswell. Try screws and nuts.

If you have only one printer pls print parts before you dissasemble your printer :-). 

Print parts:

2x y rod holder

1x  y rod holder - !!! mirrored !!!

1x  y rod holder-endstop (for change position to other side like mine pls mirror the part)

1x belt holder 

1x belt holder mirrored

1x y bearing holder

1x y stop bearing holder

2x y bearing holder cap

both Y bed guide

You need to dismount whole Y profile for easy work. 

Use printed  guides to drill the bed with 3mm drill and one side and 3.5mm at other side.

Then use belt holders as guides for 3mm drill.

Then assemble like on pictures 

print settings:

slice as on picture

use PETG or better (dont go pla)

3 walls, 5 bot/top, 20% infill

no support

material:  (personal advice - dont go cheap on bearing)

superglue

8x M3x16 screw

7x M3x8 screw

8x M3x10 screw

4x M3x30 screw

22x M3 nut

4x M3 vslot nut

2x 34cm linear rod ø10mm

2x lm10luu

new gt2 belt (there is a chance to save old one)
