Print the insets and make a template by tracing the lens-areas on a paper. The insets have tabs which should snap-in nicely, use a wooden stick for a decent pressure for the last tab. If everything fits to your needs, grind existing glasses (i.e glasses not used anymore or with broken frame) to the shape of the insets using the paper-template. Insert the grinded glasses and fix them with some drops of glue (glue between gap of grinded glasses and 3d-print). Have fun!
